Hjorten 13 has a fantastic view towards Branäsberget and its top and back face the peaceful moor. A Mio furnished cabin of 133 sqm with 12 beds spread over 5 bedrooms. There is also a large kitchen with fine kitchen furniture and a common room with wood stove and TV.

Family room
The open living room invites you to pleasant evenings after lovely winter days. There is a sofa, stylish armchairs, wood stove and cable TV. From the living room you have a nice view from all the windows towards Branäsberget at the front and the marsh at the back.
The hall in the entrance is large with generous areas for ski clothes and changing. Upstairs there is also a hall room between the bedrooms with an armchair and two large chests of drawers with plenty of space for clothes.

Kitchen
The large kitchen is well equipped and has a microwave, fridge and freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. In the kitchen there is also a new dining room group with room for up to 12 people. View towards Branäsberget and its peak from all windows.

Bedroom
The accommodation has twelve beds spread over five bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs there are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with a family bed with three beds each. Two of the bedrooms have a view to the top and one has a view to the marsh. Four of the bedrooms have large chests of drawers and the fifth can use the chests of drawers in the hall outside the room.

Bathroom
The accommodation has two toilets/showers. One upstairs and one downstairs. Underfloor heating in both bathrooms. Sauna is in the bathroom downstairs.

Other
The cottage has a large balcony (not covered). Lockable ski storage is available next to the accommodation.
Next to the entrance there is a warm storage room with a drying cabinet and space for boots, helmets etc. The cabin has ski in-ski out mode, from the Hjorten area there is a ski route to Björnbacken and you go home via the Räven area's ski route.
The cabin was built in 2018 and has been continuously updated with new furniture.
In the cottage there is Wifi with an amplifier on the upper floor to ensure good internet coverage throughout the house. (However, Branäs is not able to provide support regarding the connection). There is room for 3-4 cars in the garage driveway.

This accommodation is a little extra adapted for families with small children. Here you will find children's cutlery, plate, bowl, bib and mug. Everything that makes meals easier for the little ones. In addition, the accommodation is also equipped with both a bathtub and a stool to make it easier.

Semi-detached house with high standard. The accommodation is 160 square meters and has 14 beds spread over 6 bedrooms. There is both a wood-burning stove and a sauna here.

In the living room on the second floor there is a wood burning stove, sofa, coffee table and TV. There is also a separate TV room on the second level with a large sofa and coffee table. All our accommodations are connected to cable TV.

Exclusive and well-equipped log cabin with design from Norway. The living area is 180 square meters and there are 15 beds spread over five bedrooms. Spacious large cabin with kitchen and family room for pleasant evenings together in front of the wood stove. Underfloor heating throughout the lower level. There is a large outdoor terrace at ground level.

This is a cozy, tastefully decorated cottage on two floors. It is located in beautiful surroundings with a view of the west side of Branäsberget. The house is 96 square meters and has 10+1 beds.
Entrance level consists of an open floor plan with a modern kitchen and large family room. There is room to socialize here.
On this level there is also an entrance with drying cabinet and WC with shower and washing machine.
The 4 well-planned bedrooms are located on the upper floor together with a smaller TV room and WC.

Family room
In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, large sofa, coffee table and TV. There are also cozy armchairs with reading lights. TV room is also available on the upper floor. Chromecasts are available for both TVs.

Bedroom three has a nice family bed with a 150 wide double bed underneath and an overhead bed. Bedroom four has a fantastically nice double bunk bed where both are 150cm wide. Here, despite good space, one part of the upper bunk counts as an extra bed. This gives 10+1 beds.

On the entrance floor there is a WC with shower and washing machine and comfortable underfloor heating. On the upper level there is a WC.

Underfloor heating throughout the lower floor and in the bathroom. The accommodation has an intermediate door to 79B if you are a large group and want a total of 30 beds.
