Celebrating the New Year in Branäs is a long-standing tradition for many and we understand why. It is an opportunity to both end a year and start a new one in the absolute best way - with skiing and time together.
Imagine ending the year with corduroy under your skis. Whether it's with the family or a group of friends, it's a perfect holiday to be in a ski resort. Start the day skiing, feel the fresh winter air on your face as you slide down a snow-covered winter landscape and enjoy a little extra coming into the cabin to warm up. After lunch, it's perfect to head out for a couple more rides before ending with après ski. Sing-along at Brants, cozy atmosphere at Ladan's bar or at home in the cabin, the choices are many. Then change to finish the evening with our New Year's Eve dinner and ring in the new year with our staff and other guests.
New Year's Eve is for splurging a little extra. Book our popular New Year's dinner and let us give you the best conditions for the perfect end of the year. We prepare a delicious three-course menu for the whole family in our two largest restaurants, Brants and Ladans Restaurang. The only thing you need to do is enjoy good food and time together. Our youngest guests, children between 0-3 years of age, eat for free of course. Both restaurants also have adjacent playrooms so that parents can stay a little longer and socialize while the children have fun. Booking opens season 24/25.
On New Year's Eve, there is a chance to be part of a unique adventure – a torchlight procession together with the Björnbusarna. A tradition that has attracted adventurous children and adults for several years. In order for as many people as possible to have the opportunity to participate, we always run two trains, one for accommodation on the mountain and one for accommodation in the village. More information will come in season 24/25
