Can we rent out your accommodation?

In Branäs, we rent out both cottages and apartments, large and small, and you can contact us at any time during the year with an expression of interest in renting out your holiday accommodation. In order for us to be able to rent out your accommodation, however, it is required that it meets our basic requirements - in order to improve the guest's stay and in the long run also the result of your rental. Here we have listed some of the criteria that your accommodation should meet in order for us to be able to rent it out.

Kitchen and living room

The kitchen and living room must offer the same number of seats as the number of beds in the accommodation and we recommend that household utensils, such as crockery, cutlery, glasses and pots, be ordered from our supplier. That way, we can easily replace it if something should break. There should be a TV with basic services on channels, not just streaming services.

Bathroom

It should be equipped with a shower and toilet, preferably adapted to how many beds there are. For the comfort of the guest, it is important that there are 2 toilets and 1 shower for 8-10 beds. At 10-12 beds there should be at least 2 toilets and 2 showers.

Bedroom

There must be beds of good quality, with both mattress protection and bed lighting. Each bed should be at least 75cm wide, ie a double bed should be at least 150cm, and duvets and pillows should be of hotel quality that can withstand many washes (bed linen must not contain real down). Since many families with children visit us, there should be a cot, high chair and a gate in front of the stairs.

Storage

There must be storage options (wardrobe / chest of drawers) based on the number of beds and access to a lockable ski storage room.
