Samfällighetsföreningen has the task of managing and operating the community facilities that Lantmäteriet has decided on in and around Branäsberget. It includes, among other things
GA: 6; Roads, parking lots and street lighting
GA: 8; Common access roads, parking areas, lampposts and cleaning & recycling
GA: 58; Cable TV system with satellite dish
Costs for operation and maintenance of the association's affairs will be charged to you with a certain share of the total cost. The share is determined by Lantmäteriet.

All properties on Branäsberget and properties along the roads, including forest properties and permanent residents, are members of the community association. The apartments are members through their tenant-owner association.
Branäsvägar's community association is responsible for the operation and maintenance of
Community facility 62 (GA62) which includes the roads up to Branäsberget and away to Kindsjön.
It is therefore you who, together with all other property owners on Branäsberget and along the two roads, see map GA62, who are responsible for the maintenance of these roads.
The cost of operation and maintenance of these roads will be charged to you with a certain percentage of the total cost. The share is determined by Lantmäteriet.
Government grants are paid and cover a certain part of the cost.
