How to check in step by step:
When you book an accommodation, you will have access to My Pages, where you will find an overview of your booking and useful information for your visit.
- Check-in SMS. When your accommodation is ready, you will receive an SMS with a check-in link and more information about how to check-in.
- Code lock or key machine. If you are staying in an accommodation with a code lock, you can go directly to the accommodation. If your accommodation has a physical key, it can be collected from a key machine. See what applies to your accommodation on My Pages and in your booking confirmation.
How to check out:
- Check-out SMS. The day before departure you will receive an SMS with a link, check out via the link when you leave the accommodation.
- Code lock or key machine. If you collected the key from a key machine, you return it to the same machine using the return code on the key tag. If your accommodation has a code lock, you only need to lock the door when you leave.
Buy lift passes and pre-book ski rental
Lift card. If you have booked a lift ticket, collect it from the nearest lift ticket machine. Scan the QR code you received by email to get the cards out of the machine.
Ski rental. If you have booked equipment with delivery, it will be delivered directly to the cottage on the day of arrival. If you have booked equipment to be collected, you will receive an SMS with the booth number when it is ready to be collected. If you have not booked equipment, you need to do so here on the website. There is no possibility to book on site in the ski rental.

Check in with key machine
Properties that do not have a digital code lock on their door will collect their keys from a key machine. To collect the keys, enter the code provided in your check-in text message. When it's time to check out, leave the keys in the same machine by entering the return code provided on the tag.

Prepare everything before your arrival and pre-book or top up your lift pass for a smooth start to your holiday. In addition to loading a saved lift pass at ladda.branas.se, you can pick up your pre-booked passes anytime during the day from our lift pass machines. Buy directly here via the website and you will receive a QR code in your email that you can then scan in the machine.
