A ski trip is not a ski trip without skiing and snow. Right? For us, it is therefore a matter of course that you should not have to pay if our facility does not deliver exactly that. With our snow guarantee, you always get your money back, or the option to rebook your trip, if we don't fulfill what we promise. In this way, you can be sure that you will get what you book.

If the snow guarantee is not met

Until 11:00 AM the day after arrival, you can choose to cancel or postpone your stay and choose from the options below.

  • Refund of the full amount.
  • Rebook your trip to another date or to our sister facility Kungsberget.

Our prices are set for each week before our properties are released and never change during the season. After all, have you found a cheaper price for your accommodation during the same period you have booked? Then we will of course pay back the difference.
